Auction 2026
Class Parent Guidelines for Class Projects Auction
The following are some guidelines to make the process of creating and completing an
Auction Project for each classroom. This school year’s Auction Fundraiser will take place on April 18th.
All classes, Kindergartens through 8th Grade are invited to create a one-of-a-kind, handmade project or item showcasing the incredible talents of our student artists. The goal is to have a variety of different and unique projects. Please select a project related to the curriculum; and appropriate for the age level of the grade.
Class Projects are due on Friday, April 3, 2026. If the project cannot be completed by that date, please submit some version of it, i.e.... a photo of the children working on the project; or some work in progress that gives a sense of the project.
Please use natural products to create the class projects.
Parents and/or teachers can be reimbursed by WSEF for expenses associated with making the class project up to $50 per class. Parents and/or teachers may voluntarily contribute toward expenses above the $50 reimbursement.
Class Projects are considered priceless, since there is no way to put a value on all of the love and time that has gone into each item.
Projects will be limited to one item per class. For example, a tablecloth and napkin set would be considered one item.
Class parents are to contact Kate Graham at kate@winecoyeah.com or the WSEF Board at development@woodlandstarschool.org with questions or concerns
To be reimbursed, please complete a “Woodland Star Educational Foundation Reimbursement Form” and give it to the office to be placed in the WSEF mailbox. Please staple ORIGINAL receipts (keep copies for yourself if necessary)
