Woodland Star Charter School Celebrates 25 Years of Success

Hosted by the Woodland Star Education Foundation, the school’s 501(c)(3) fundraising arm, the event was held at The Vintage House in downtown Sonoma. The celebratory evening brought together families, alumni, faculty, and community supporters for a night of connection, reflection, and generosity.

Every year, our Jogathon raises funds for the incredible field trips that students go on - from magical and informative nature walks to museum visits, and as they grow; camping at Sugarloaf and a middle school retreat to a multiple day 8th Grade trip that creates lasting memories.

Every student receives a t-shirt with a hand drawn design and incredible sponsors that shows the unique and create school community we have.

A wonderful evening of community, tacos, live music, class projects, lemonade and more!

Plus, the introduction of our incredible Woodland Star Socials means the community connection will continue through the summer and beyond!

A truly beautiful night where a total of $76,000 was raised, thanks to all of the incredible participants, sponsors, donors, and volunteers.

An inspiring Fund-a-Need, a beautiful and historic venue near our new home on the new campus, and more made for a night to remember.
